Cybersecurity researchers have described what they say is a new class of attack that can trick artificial intelligence coding agents into running arbitrary code on developer machines. It's a new form of attack called "agentjacking".

​Obama's Instagram Account Hacked (using AI)

The Instagram accounts for the Obama White House and the Chief Master Sergeant of the U.S. Space Force were briefly defaced with pro-Iranian images and messages over the weekend, after instructions began circulating on Telegram showing how to trick Meta’s “AI support assistant” bot into resetting account passwords.

The FTC is getting reports about a new phishing scam that looks a lot like the CAPTCHA requests you might be used to seeing.
